Preorder Information
The Signature Wagon is currently available for preorder. Once our preorder goal is reached, production will begin. Manufacturing takes approximately 70 days, followed by international shipping and final fulfillment from Little Miles. We'll keep you updated throughout the process, including production milestones and an estimated delivery window as your wagon gets closer to arriving.

Little Miles is designed to make everyday adventures easier. To keep your product looking and feeling its best:
- Removable seat covers: Seat covers can be removed and machine washed for easy cleanup. We recommend washing on a gentle/cold cycle and allowing them to air dry.
- Wipe down the frame, wheels, and hard surfaces with a soft damp cloth and mild soap as needed.
- Spot clean other fabric areas with mild soap and cold water.
- Do not use bleach, harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or solvents.
- Allow all washed or cleaned components to dry completely before reassembly or storage.
- Store your Little Miles in a clean, dry place when not in use.
- Periodically check wheels, hardware, straps, and moving parts to make sure everything is secure and functioning properly.
Little Miles products are currently available for preorder.
Your order will not ship immediately. Your wagons are expected to deliver March 2027.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Please keep in mind that the timeframe is an estimated production timeline and may occasionally change due to manufacturing, materials, or shipping delays. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated if there is a significant change.
RETURNS + CANCELLATIONS
Because our products are made specifically for our preorder production run, preorder orders cannot be cancelled once the preorder period has closed.
Once your order has been delivered, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and components.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your Little Miles order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@shoplittlemiles.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right.
